Shipping Policy

At SHARD BUGS, LLC, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Processing Time: Once your order is complete and payment is received, please allow 7–10 business days for your product to be shipped.

​

  • Shipping Methods: We use reputable carriers for all shipments. Tracking information will be provided when available.

​

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

​

  • International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us prior to ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, because of the collectible and consumable nature of trading card game products:

​

  • Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

​

  • We do not accept returns on booster boxes, booster packs, or sealed product that has been opened or tampered with.

​

  • Apparel or non-TCG merchandise must be returned unworn and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the item, the packaging, and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
